Help!!!! Urgent
Spuggie cant get online .... he's using the 3 mobile broadband dongle but neither can his uncle or cousin ..... and theyre using Virgin cable ... where do i find out if there is a problem in their area?
Have had a look at virgins website and it says theres no problems up there. 3 .. because its mobile theyre not going to have anywhere help please ........

i have one of those 3 dongles on now Jen, mine is working ok
other than going down to the 3 shop (which i know is closed) i would have gone to the 3 site.....yes ok i know i was no use whatsoever if they are in the same area then maybe the signal is down, i wouldnt have thought that two different companies would be on the same signal though
