wma-mp3 converter

After a freeware wma to mp3 converter, having done the usual & searched some out only to find they contain viruses like jodix. Tried to do it in windows media set to mp3 but doesnt convert wma

Anyone know a trusted one for vista please - one is tearing hair out atm

one point of note, wma is a lossy format, converting wma to MP3 (which is also lossy) means you will lose most of teh sound quality and end up with something like a dodgy tape to tape copy on a £20 boom box.

I use Audio Converter Studio user-friendly and stable converter and supports many audio formats
