It was a good game and mostly good atmosphere. It was embarrassing to us Burnley fans when some of our more neanderthal fans insisted on booing David Bentley every time he took a corner. Sparks nearly got us in trouble by shouting abuse at 3 ape-like knuckle draggers who were doing just that

It made me laugh that the graffiti in the ladies bogs spelled Burnley as 'BUNLEY'........... No wonder it's as rare as rocking horse manure that I go on the Turf these days.

Having said that, I enjoyed it.

Unfortunately it was odds on the booing was going to happen from certain clowns. The Deadwood neanderthals singled out a Burnley player who played for Greece under 21's at Deadwood a few years ago. There are football fans at every club who leave their brains behind when they go through the turnstiles.
