Julio has signed for 3 Years subject to international clearance.

Could it be a ruse to keep big brother from moving on??? Apparently the lad trialled a year ago but wasn't thought to be good enough then - he must have really improved to now earn a three year contract

It said in the Telegraph that he'd been on trial since the end of last seaon, must have impressed Incy Wincy

Great signing even if its only to keep Roque.
Even if he doesn't play a game for us the fact we still get Roque in a Rovers shirt is fantastic news!!
Not a bad bit of business by Ince methinks.
