Rossendale Utd - The Demise
Looks like another local non-league team has bit the dust. Last nights game postponed because the water had been cut off. Loads of outstanding bills and the management team walked out today.
shame really, used to go and watch them in the old Cheshire League days, and by a strange quirk was my first match on the North West Counties Line.

Very sad to hear that. Been to Dark Lane a few times when Stanley have played them back in the day. Really feel sorry for their fans.
