The New Man Next Door
I gather Paul Ince is being strongly linked with the Rovers' job.

Re: The New Man Next Door
Dont suppose he will be missed too much in the second division, or the first, particularly wont be missed by HR.

Re: The New Man Next Door
I'd love him to take th ejob and fall flat on his ugly face but alas I think the guy is charmed and he is destined for bigger and better things. Most in the know reckon that it is his assistant (Ray Mattias) who is the tactician and the Guvnor is just the known face to front everything.
and he's a tosspot.

Re: The New Man Next Door
As this isn't really Stanley related, I'll move it to the Sports Forum

Stanley fans' love affair with Paul Ince is "not Stanley related"?
I was at Macclesfield when Andy Mangan got that late equaliser!

Re: The New Man Next Door
MK Dons manager linked with job at Blackburn. Seems it belongs in the football forum to me.

Sorry but the only reason it interests me is the Stanley connection. And don't say there hasn't been a bit of history starting with our first League visit to Macclesfield.
Otherwise I could not give a fig whether the MK Dons manager leaves or who the next Blackburn manager is. Though I hope they maintain their progress in the Premiership.
Suspect a lot of people think likewise and only visit the Stanley Forum but I may be wrong.
