Well Done Blackburn
We had a wander down to the local 'football bar' earlier to watch the Blackburn - Arsenal match.
To be honest, I'm not long home so please excuse any mistakes I make!! I fully expected Arsenal to win 2 - 0 but I was biting my nails towards the end. Well done lads and go get Man City next week.
Flippin' Brilliant xx

Hardly a surprise, the footballs always better at Stanley. No matter how much they reduce the prices you wouldn't catch me anywhere near a premiership ground watching overpaid prima donnas (unless Stanley were playing them of course)

Re: Well Done Blackburn
I suppose ....no i wanted the Arse to win,my team are'nt in it thanks to your lot.,and i want to see a class side of 18 year olds to do any top side over.Instead iv'e got to watch your bunch of ten men behind the ball cloggers go on.At least Pearce gives his side some passion....& i hate them an'all.Come on Plymouth.

obviously you dont watchrovers often
we have put 10 men behind the ball twice this season, both against arsenal
this is because on their day, no one can stop arsenals attack
also we have to play a defender in midfield due to injuries

Re: Well Done Blackburn
Ah, the wonderful game of football eh! However it's played there is always an expert that says their side should have won, ought to have had a penalty, etc, etc. Whatever you may think of the way that Rovers approached the games against the Arse, they did a job (ok not great viewing) and they're in the last 8 with a great chance of a "semi". Well done Hughesie and the lads.

Re: Well Done Blackburn
I'm a mere woman but I do enjoy the football.........I even understand the offside rule, lol.
I was born in Blackburn, lived most of my early life.....well, until I was nineteen, in Accrington, and then went on to live near to Plymouth until about five years ago. I really dread the thought of a Rovers v Argyle final, I wouldn't know where to go!!
Still, I'm looking forward to the next round and I'm also keeping an eye on Stanley's points. Hopefully, all of my three teams will come up trumps this year xx

Re: Well Done Blackburn
They did it again!! Well done lads.
Such a shame about Argyle though. They did their best but the ball just wouldn't go in.
