Why All The Fuss?

Just been reading some of the comments made about Jacqui Oatley,who is making her commentry debut on tonights MOTD.There seems to be a certain few who resent a woman commentating on matches & see it as a men only demain,an attitude which in these so called enlightened times stinks off old school sexism.I say give the girl a chance,she seems to know her stuff,we already have Gabby Logan,who never lets the side down.Theres already womens football which is getting more & more coverage & statistcs show that nowadays 1 in 5 attending games are women.Surely she cant be any worse than Pearce,Tyldsley or Green who do go OTT at the slightest hint of a throw in.You show 'em girl.

I say ' show em what you got girl' it's nice that women are into football too....saves a lot of hassle for the men, and saves ear ache when they want to watch football. In my house it's me that gets the ear ache, I watch football and he hoovers............ whats that all about lol

She's ok I suppose, her vocal range gets on the old tits a bit but no reason why she shouldn’t commentate. I thought she lacked the passion and grunt of an impartial commentator.

Well we have our very own Kaz & she's done really well Think it gives a balance with Dan which makes commentry much better on wider audience scale, cant ask for a better commentry team work Cant have Morecambe without wise neither could we have Dan without Kaz hehehehe

I totally agree,but she is of the fairer sex.I caught some of Miss Oatleys commentry & have to say it did seem a little odd but i'm sure we'll get used to her with time.She's certainly no worse than that tit Clive Tyldsley,who builds foriegn teams up in the champions league to such an extent they never fail to dissapoint.
