does anyone know any good trails?

heres a list of all my trails coppice,rakehead quarry,pine forest, Darwin tower , mill hill, goat lane,

Just a quick note to advise you to ask Carlo he is a keen and avid mountain biker he knows loads of trails and is very knowlegeable in this area.atb

Could any of you mountain bike people tell where I can get my hands on a cheap mountain bike frame - I am looking for something kinda chunky if you get my drift ?? - its just a frame I am after - I think my bike could do with a new look !
oh and it would be an adult size frame - one that can hold 26" wheels.

Heh, I wished I lived in Accrington, theres like... crap trails here...

But mountin biking is extremely fun. Sometimes it can be dangerous if you don't know what your doing though...
