Theres a club near carnforth www.wartonstockcarclub.co.uk near carnforth, only an hours drive. meetings every other sunday stock cars, bangers,minis,super bangers, plastick pigs (robins), caravans and more beside. a great day out been many times.

the cars cant allways be driven home though. heres a pic i took last season.....

I'm certain you can Harry, looks like the fixtures are only on the website for 2004!!  I want to go as well!!  Come on Wingy, tell us when the next one is... I wanna go see cars getting wrecked and all that!!

I deffo would go and so would Julie.. But not this sunday I suspect as its the accy stanley supporters club do on the sat night and thers a chance i will be more than a little tipsy... I wont drive next day if drunk night before...

excellent wingy - so i take it thats the final for the season then, should defo be a good one to go to!  i'm definately going (so long as i'm not ballooning!) there is room in the fiesta for harry and julie if you want to come along - you'll have to put up with the extremely loud music though!

Well I am gonna pencil in this Sunday but dunno for sure becasue of the heavy day saturday. Its the Accy Stan Kareokae evening afer the game so probably no fit state to be going anywhere next day TBH  If fit enough then gonna go with Julie and two sons in our car.. Fanx

If not fit enough (fav) then it looks like end of year.. which is a shame.. def wouldn't mind getting into it on a sunday..  get some pics taken

sunday sounds good roy. at the end of each meet they have demolition derby. through the season racers preserve there vehicles as much as pos as they only have 2 weeks to rebuild for next race. not the case in the last race of the season its unbelievable. aint gonna miss it for anything.  12 noon start usualy £5 per person.
