Thumbs up Re: What program do u use for images?

Very good accystanfan, but you need to learn how to save the file optimized for the web. Your image is bigger than 60k and is far to big to use as a signature really. When I first came across it, it took forever to download (i'm on a modem over here)...

I've taken the liberty to squash it for you, it's now only 17k, please use this version in your sig, thanks.

I used photoshop CS for this and just used the Save For Web option and had a quick tinker...

Re: What program do u use for images?

I use Irfanview, it literally does everything, from sizing and format changes, to color balance, contrast, gamma correction, and sharpening out of focus images

Re: What program do u use for images?

I now use PSP8 but have used PSP7 in the past. Not yet sure if I prefer the later version to the previous one.

I'm a bit wary of Gimp as it has been reported to have caused Windows to crash. There were a few other bugs but maybe things have been ironed out.
