Roy C...a class record and one that got into the charts back in '66, largely on the strength of club plays.

Blimey Susan, where did you find that, another I havent heard of for yonks, they used to play that a lot at Blackburn mecca in the lunch breaks when we wwere at Blackburn Tech. It was free & the DJ played a lot of soul for an hour.

Hi Susan,purple hearts and black bombers were around in those days and if I had taken them it would probably account for my not being able to recall the year-but I kept away from that scene so I am just going to guess at 1970 and say my memory is wearing cos I`m 59!
