Hayfest Music & Beer festival
New festival happening in Oct in Hayfield near Glossop, taking place on 3rd, 4th and 5th Oct 2014. Hayfield, a beautiful village nestling at the foot of Kinder Scout in the stunning Peak District,is the main location for the BAFTA-nominated BBC drama 'The Village', starring Maxine Peake and John Simm.
They have a good mix of rock, folk, blues and jazz. Acts appearing included, Roachford, Andy Fairweather Low & The Low Riders, Phillip Henry & Hannah Martin, Dave Sharp, Chickenbone John, Clive Gregson, My Darling Clementine, Blues Boy Dan Owen, Alex McKown, Mike Sweeney & Paddy O’Hare, The Carrivick Sisters, The Seniors, The Ed Kainyek Ensemble, Stephanie Manns, James Michael and more.
