How Expensive is Your Music ???
How expensive is your music ???? As we know, there's no good place in this earth. Everybody live in a threatened of poverty and unfairness. In pre-historic, music was made for animism activity, in this new age music was made as a propaganda. Whole people could talk about what they feel in music... Blues music was born in the middle of slavery. The black people play Blues (Sadness)to describe their feelings about racial discrimination. In Hippies age, Led Zeppelin and Jimmy hendrix talk about their opinion about Military and they never aggree with Vietnamese war ! Napalm Death come in the mid- 90's with their frontal opinion. Well, it's a ****in great mind and a good progress for everybody who DARE to struggle for people and liberate them from harrasement. Rock musicians is not only play with a long hair and messing appearance but they could play with their BRAIN !!! They SHOULD say NO...to everything that used to harrass one another....The Exploited, The Sex Pistols, The Casualties, and even Sepultura ussualy talk about social issue. But too bad... MOST OF THE WAS TRAPPED INTO THE COMMERCIALITY...and being a SLAVE for the BIG Recording company ! |

totally agree - however flip the coin over! for the thickoids of this world with great musical talent (ie the Gallaghers) it provides a huge paycheck which would rescue them from the clutches of poverty, and which they would never be able to achieve in academic careers.
commercialism shouldnt be a part in music - but the money helps a chuffin lot! |

music for me is enjoyment, the type depends on personal preferance if people make a lot of dosh out of it- good luck to em, wish i could have.
