BBC News - Dozy, of Dave Dee, Dozy, Beaky, Mick and Tich, dies aged 70 Another of the owd lads has bit the dust, They actually had more chart entries than the beatles between 65/69, a great 60s outfit.

I loved their records. I believe Dave Dee used to be a copper and was at the scene of the road accident in which Eddy Cochran died.

Dave Dee who died awhile back used to live about 1 mile from me in Spain, had a couple of jars wi him, another good lad.
