What a sad day, rest in peace Phil . they were an inspiration to so many. Don must be devastated .

Very sad news about Phil. They were always favourites of mine. I saw them at the Apollo Manchester but cannot remember the year. My friend who went with me says there was only Phil there as they had had a row. I am sure they were both there. Anyone else there that night ? My favourite song of theirs was 'Love of my life.' R.I.P Phil

I'm very sad. I adored the Everlys. Saw them twelve times in total and each show was unbelievable. Rest in peace dear Phil.

Ah, yes, Barrie. You're remembering the days when all you could do was dream!

The old ones were the good ones and the Everlys were two of the best.
