There can't be a definitive single of all time, I'm sure we all have lots.
One I really love though is Oh Bondage Up Yours by X-ray Spex, but I also love White Horses by Jackie, and everything by Elvis.

"Norwegian Wood (This Bird Has Flown)" was a cracker.
But one of the best Beatles Tracks was "Something" written by Harrison. "Something in the way she moves Attracts me like no other lover Something in the way she woos me I don't want to leave her now You know I believe her now" Fantastic lyrics.......
