Bluest Eyes in Texas - The Cardigans.
This song was written by Restless Heart. I prefer the version by The Cardigans, the voice of Nina Persson lends itself to this song perfectly, also the musical arrangement is quality. I first heard this song on the soundtrack to Boys Don't Cry, for which Hillary S**** won Best Actress at the 2000 Oscars ceremony. It is used during the film and to great effect whilst the closing credits roll. Footnote: Doesn't this language filter just totally, utterly, absolutely, f*!King-well pi$$ you off? What I meant to say was Hillary Sw@nk, but the campaign for the moral minority have infiltrated the computer and won't allow me to say it. B0llocks to you, swear filter!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! !!!!!!!!!!

Lettie & I saw the Rat Pack Live from Las Vegas, last week at the Opera House, Manchester. This, for me, was the most outstanding song, in a show full of classics.
