Carling Cup - Round 1
Accrington Stanley v Scunthorpe Utd You all know the rules; no points, no prizes, just bragging rights ........ How will the Jimmy and Bobby Show end? Must finish on the night, remember, so no point putting 1-1 (except as a 90 min score, followed by extra time and penalties). Stanley, or The Iron? By the way, Jimmy started on Saturday last  , but Bobby was on the bench (and didn't get on)  So; predictions by scheduled kick-off time, please - 7.45pm on Tuesday 9th August Good luck - and thanks for playing!  |

I was going to say 2 - 1 to Stanley but others have predicted that. So I'll say 4 - 2 to Stanley, with Jimmy's effectiveness being reduced by what we can perhaps call a heavy tackle from one of the Stanley players.
