he is strong and talented but lets himself down with poor fitness.
He could have played at a high level if he got himself in shape.
No one denies his talent.

Why are user's of this forum so anti bringing back ex players?

Could trap it further than you could kick it and second touch was usually a tackle. Think of John Hartson the day after a 12 pint session with his boot laces tied together and you get the picture!

I recall first seeing him with Stanley at Farnborough Town, but I think you may be confusing talent with potential. If he had undeniable talent I suspect he wouldn't be unattached?

he had talent.
There are lots of examples of players with lots of talent who dont make it due to application.
Remember michael johnson at man city?
Same could be said for leighton mcgiven, lots of talent but wasnt commited.

Talking of talent, I see Joe Jacobson has been released. Thought he looked like a a good prospect when with Stanley but wonder what went wrong at Shrewsbury?
