Well this time we did get carried away entirely  – 38 going for the 4th Stanley win in succession  , 1 for a loss (Accybeme)  and 2 for a draw  (Football19 and Norwich Stanley). Ridiculous betting pattern. And the 38 were right too  .9 maximums – for Bdc, Deeayess, Leylandii, Mab, Proccy Fan, Teach, Tommy McQueen and, by default, Sparkie and St06nc2. 19 4-pointers with a bonus point for either the 2 or the 1. 10 of us with the straight 3 points for the right result. Bonus point only for F19 and Norwich. Zip for Accybeme and the non-players, the usual 4 plus Shurm (again  ), Smobile and Yerself. AngeB back with us, having remembered her key this time .The effect on the table not huge, by and large, with LongLostSon stretching his lead to 3 points over Outback Ozzy and 4 over MikeA. Norwich and Smobile the big losers, dropping back from 4th and 5th to 10th and 15th respectively, making space for Kiwi John, Proccy Fan and Sparkie to move up. Bdc also into the Top Ten at 9th, replacing Tom D, who drops down to 12th despite taking 4 points. So roll on Oxford. We’ve won 4 on the trot twice before, but never 5 since promotion back to the bigtime. 8 unbeaten is not bad, but our record there is the last 13 regular games of the play-off season, when we only lost 1 of the last 19. So there’s a challenge or two lads ……. On Stanley On!!
