Bit lastminute.com, but I'll settle for 2-1 Stanley, with everything crossed

Re: 2018/19 Prediction League; Game 39 v Burton Albion (away)

Six Take Three As Two Plays Five

Well, this week's Prediction League outcomes are easily summarised. If you thought we'd lose, you got three points . If you thought we'd score twice, you got one point . Otherwise, you got zip .

As it turns out, 10 people got one and 8 got zip. Six did better, having shrewdly positioned themselves on the far side of the fence. Lord S, pushing his lead over Kiwi out to 15 points again . NigeB, climbing from 7th to 4th on countback, but 27 points off the pace . Football19, forcing his way into the elite at Tom D's expense, with a jump from 11th to 8th. Monkey Hanger, up from 15th to 11th. And Taypot and Outback Ozzy, marking time in 16th and 17th but closing in on their next ahead.

Accybeme is now the lowest placed possible winner , sitting in 20th place, 45 points behind Lord S with 9 games to go.

I said after the Wycombe game how much more fun it is doing this when we win. So that's all folks …..

Except to say roll on Fleetwood. We drew away, so surely we can win at home …… can't we Please?

On Stanley On!!
