It's not just Margate that have problems. There's been little positive about Telford recently. Prospective buyers have failed to materialise, the manager Mick Jones has been sacked (although he was working for nothing), most of the players have refused pay cuts and the Commercial Manager has gone to Forest Green. Their best bet might be a takeover by a supporters' trust that's just been formed. Another option is to go into administration and hope for the best. Personally, I'd be very sad to them leave the conference. The ground's just down the road for me and I've seen a number of top sides there, such as Spartak Moscow and Manchester United, as well as seeing most of their cup exploits in the 80s.

Well Like I said a'fore, If both Margate and Telford don't make it then both Leigh and Northwich stay in the conference NATIONAL. Don't plan ur car and bus journeys just yet!!!

It's interesting that Telford appear to be getting special treatment as founder members of the Conference. With Vics going down, Telford will be the only founder members left.
