to be honest i have wondered if many smaller clubs would? i have grave doubts.

still think there are different rules regarding the covenrty and boltons of this world than accringtons and morecambes. actually have any club lost their ground and been forced out. seems that clubs die and their ground gets developed for something else.

the hotbeds of football used to be the north west, north east and the midlands. now apart from a few exceptions its now inside the M25.

In the current 4 league divisions there are 11 clubs from within the M25 and 16 from what was Lancashire!

And 9 of them have been in the top flight within the last 10 years, and 10 within 30. Only need to go back 60 to make it 11 ….
