Who'd have thowt it?
James Beattie nominated for manager of the month - on fishy site now - not so long ago it would've been on here on the 'Impossible headlines' thread - well done Mr. Beattie :)

Re: Who'd have thowt it?
It probably won't count for anything but there's an opportunity to vote for James at:
League Two awards: James Beattie, Wayne Burnett, Colin Cooper and Gary Rowett nominated | Football News | Sky Sports Sadly, all the other managers seem to have more wins than Accy in the last month... |
Re: Who'd have thowt it?
I've voted - and JB currently in the lead with 55% of the vote.

Voted.

Re: Who'd have thowt it?
Voted for James, but really by rights it should probably be Colin Cooper at Hartlepool (even if we did start their run off!) James and the lads have done really well this month but it normally goes to the manager that has accrued the most points/wins in the month.

Re: Who'd have thowt it?
I've voted too, and if we can persuade DAV007 to do the same, I'm sure his vote will count double.;)

Re: Who'd have thowt it?
Dont think the votes count as anything but a bit of fun as normally a panel of usually 7/8 people choose the manager of the month and despite us having won less than all the rest it has been a great month as them 2 wins are our first of the season. I can see JB winning it but lets hope he doesnt get the curse of manager of the month:o

Re: Who'd have thowt it?
I thought it was decided by sky sports news?
They certainly announce the winner. |
Re: Who'd have thowt it?
Voted twice up to now, will go for a third vote on tablet later.

Phew, was worried there for a minute, Davo, that you'd had a Damascene conversion. Coley and Cook? Sounds like the next clelbrity/chef TV reality show. Could be a series.... Perch & Poach, Flounder & Fry, Coley & Cook.... |
