Bit of an argument brewing on twitter at the moment regarding Josh and Crooksy. Apparently Rangers are talking to them both right now, and one or two have intimated that cross border Bosman rulings mean that we'd get no compo if they sign a pre-contract now (for June).

Anybody understand the rules?

Is Crooks out of contract in the summer too?? I know Josh obviously is.

I think the likes of Bruna, Morgan, Philips will probably be loaned out to get more game time?

As for arrivals, can't see any myself.

Can't see Rangers paying any money for them in January when they can just wait until the summer and get them for nothing!

Shame if that happens after we give them a contract when nobody else wanted to know!...Football for you!

Apparently if both player,s have been offered equal or better contract, s and chose to sign for a cross border club they have to pay training compensation for players under 24.

Heard Messi had a chat with Coley and was spotted in Pound Bakery, but he's a bit of a bookworm and the impending library closures in Hyndburn put him off.
