New Season's Fixtures
Have to say I'm well chuffed that it's a half hour walk to the last game of the season - for some of us :D.
I would have thought we might have been given at least one Bank Holiday game against Rochdale though :(. |
Re: New Season's Fixtures
not the most exciting game to start the season but at least we are at home. long time to wait until we play at the stadium of blight though.

Re: New Season's Fixtures
Only gripe I've got is Luton & Wycombe away games, both ties on Tuesday nights??? Do the EFL actually know where we are geographically

Re: New Season's Fixtures
Agree. Both games I was hoping to get to but won't manage on a Tuesday night. I believe some clubs complained that the evening matches were against more local clubs where they expected a bigger crowd on a Saturday so the decision was taken to mix up the midweek matches more.

Re: New Season's Fixtures
mid week games can be a problem for many even home fans. glad rochdale and blackpool games are on a saturday as i,m sure it would knock 1000 off the gate if they were mid week giving the club less revenue.
