I'm worried that I'm getting too used to watching us on the telly, it's better than nothing but it also makes me feel slightly disconnected from my club

Re: 2021/22 Season Tickets??

Stanley normally have them on sale in March and April for early bird discount.

Maybe they don't want to take the **** asking too early losing 5 games in 19/20 and 23 games on 20/21, I'm sure they are thinking up a scheme to reward fans who paid out for this season without knowing if we would see a game.

Re: 2021/22 Season Tickets??

Never too early, as a matter of fact, from my experience, the earlier the better :)

Results have nothing to do with it :)

whats the rush anyway. this season hasn,t ended yet. stanley are more or less guarenteed div.1 football next season. if on line purchases can be used then for me 1 month before the season starts is long enough. not everyone i,m sure would want to purchase one now as life is still up in the air somewhat. at this moment of time we do not know if crowds will be back as normal without any need os being jabbed or wearing a face muzzle. by early july we may know more.

VALAIRIAN 03-04-2021 10:25

Re: 2021/22 Season Tickets??

Not a rush MH, but - experience tells me - getting the ball rolling early, means people know where they are at financially :)

I know that it will be about £20 per month, but it does not always work like that.

My main concern about there not being any noise, is that we might not be able to attend :(

Joe and all;

It's all a tad messy and we don't want the same thing as last year where people paid out good money having queued for 3 hours and have (sadly) yet to see a live game this season

We had a very depressing meeting with some key Public Health Officials who are saying that the local Public Health chiefs can overrule other Safety Groups.

We have another EFL meeting this week and hopefully we'll know more after that.

Really don't want to mess our FANtastic supporters about; but nobody really knows whats going to happen :(

What these people can't grasp its ALL clubs need income from fans to survive!!

Thanks Mark like I said all very much up in the air vaccine programme is very encouraging but as we have all learned from this difficult year everything his data based and take nothing for granted, any more months into next season without or reduced fan attendance,s will have if not already far reaching consequences financially for clubs, players and fans.

Gents;

PHE hate "pay on the day" from what I can understand.

They WANT records, "track and trace" who has traveled from where etc and who have they stood/ sat next to for more than 15 minutes. Plus how have that got from their home to a ground.

ST WILL give them that information if needed and they can ask the additional questions as clubs will have contact details

Be interesting what Boris has to say about the 9 test events that are taking place and who can attend them.

What is frustrating in Boris is telling us "good news" and giving us "hope" then the PHE professors are urging caution!! :(

just adds to a complete mess clubs could be getting into. a public health official able to trump what the government says anyway. there needs to be one set of rules only with no interferance from other bodies. attending football is still a personal decision and not something compulsory. i for one will only be back if fans get a bit of slack in what they can or cannot do in the ground and that includes no forced face muzzle wearing. watching live football is supposed to be an enjoyment we look forward to all week. not something we have to tick loads of boxes off just to be there.

Season tickets when they go on sale are to be at last season's early bird price across all ranges with no fixed date to purchase fantastic gesture by the club as a thank you to the fans.

Season tickets aren't being made available to buy until there's more clarity on fans being able to attend games but when they do go on sale they will cost the same as the early bird prices last season & that will apply whenever you buy one

Well if it's only 25% that,s about 1300+ so it would only be season ticket holders plus a few but I,m quietly confident society at least in the UK will be back to near normality.

Joe and all;

At the minute sadly Hyndburn has the highest infection rate in the country which sounds very bad.

However from the inside info the club gets it's a "localised outbreak" at a local high school which has been completely shutdown.

Sadly from what I see on Whalley Road when teenagers are moving about in groups there's no Covid rules being followed at all:mad:

However I'm sure I heard on T'wireless from one of the top PHE boffins saying that these things will happen over the coming month's but it's the overall trend in an area that will be looked at.

What the club don't want is 300 people queuing for over 3 hours when we can't promise you what might happen.

We want to sell ST's with very accurate info
updates , confident that what is bought CAN be used:)

Kids and teenagers aren't and nobody expected them too follow social distancing vaccines working well outbreaks will happen but we will live with it hopefully like any airborne virus let's get back to normality before we all crack up.

Not really Joe I asked why standing and not seating areas unless st holders in seating areas don't matter as much has standing St holders,but has of today or should I say 19th July all restrictions are lifted.

[QUOTE=VALAIRIAN;1255335]Nothing listed on the application form, but there is not anything stopping them introducing them later? :)

I always thought that Andy liked the idea, though what do I know??....

better not to have em this season. there is no guarentee that games will play with fans inside for the whole season. stops some saying that the club has ripped off fans by introducing something that has little value to the fan.

Good point along with the club stating this year if you purchase a season ticket and God forbid we lose another chunk of matches due to Covid there will be no refund. Can't blame them I have purchased mine knowing this is the case, hopefully we will have a season uninterrupted and enjoyable but at least the club have made a decision unlike government,s constantly u,- turning just this morning Japan again as it's about to start hasn't ruled out canceling the Olympics after a raft of new infections.

Dont see the argument really you'd only have to use it four times and you'd of had your cash value back and the club could always sell them on a no refund basis.

And i.d be pretty sure if you got to use it less than 4 times by the end of the season there wont be many clubs left to watch.

Will the office be busy tonight do you think. It's the best time for me to go due to work but I'm hoping for just a small queue.

not really looking at the gates they,ll possibly get. think morecambe,s is more impressive as ours would be by selling 1500 of them.

Population wise Bolton have sold approximately 5% so to equal that Morecambe would have to sell about 1690, ours would be 1770. Portsmouth and Ipswich, Sunderland would have to check probably do more than 5%. Morecambe I believe have sold somewhere close to that 5% figure impressive wether we do I,d be happily impressed but don't think we will.

think bolton, portsmouth,sunderland and especially ipswich have far more fans in proportion to their gates that live out of the town than stanley and morecambe have. fans that signed up to these clubs in better times that have stayed with them.

I ordered my ticket today and Robert Houseman stated they would probably be ready by Wednesday onwards of next week. On this point, a very big thank you to the benefactor who paid for my ticket (Prediction League). Looking forward to a week on Saturday to get to the first game for over 18 months. Here's hoping Covid does one over the next few months.
