Re: A Pound A Shirt - for SOS

Come on guy's why are there only about 5 different uploaders to Oldshirts site. This is the easiest £100 the club could make.

It doesn't matter if the shirt is already on he has said he will donate a pound for every original photo.

Get your old (and current) shirts out, take a photo with your phone, up load it to your computer then log on to http://www.oldfootballshirts.com/ navigate to the Accrington Stanley page and click on the add shirt button. It couldn't be easier all mine and the kids are on. There must be a load on the fishy site which people have sent so get them sent to Oldshirts. Jeeez the poor guy can't give it away

Re: A Pound A Shirt - for SOS

Well, I make it 80 shirts on the Stanley page now, taking off the original 28 makes a total of 52 new Accrington Stanley shirts added in Septmeber, fantastic effort! I shall pay £52 into the SOS fund right away.

I do hope it goes to good use, all our collective fingers are crossed for Stanley to get out of this mess. Keep up the good work, and good luck at Chesterfield tomorrow.

Many thanks for your contributions, I hope you have enjoyed looking around www.oldfotballshirts.com

All the best

Phil

Thanks very much Oldshirts this was a great gesture.

It still baffles me that we never managed to get you enough shirts to meet your donation ceiling of £100 . This had to be the easiest donation we could have earned. Well done all those that made the effort tho'.

Re: A Pound A Shirt - for SOS

I guess its Congratulations chaps, SOS was worth the effort, so pleased you're still in business. So make sure you all get down to the ground, and drag along some mates, it's bums on seats, feet on terraces that will help ensure this doesn't happen again. Oh, and make sure they all buy a new Stanley shirt eh?

All the best for the rest of the season, and don't forget, when you get a new shirt, make sure you post a photo of it on www.oldfootballshirts.com

Re: A Pound A Shirt - for SOS

Happy Christmas Stanley fans, I trust you enjoyed a few of us Brighton fans swelling the crowd a bit on Saturday. How come you can get a game on, yet the oh so mighty Blackburn have a swamp?!?

Not seen any new (old) shirsts from you recently, there must be a couple out there. Oh, and what does your away kit look like this season? Can't see an image of it on the website?
