Would imagine starting eleven will be the same, Carver must be allowed a run up front i reckon. 3 pts is a requirement.

More a necessary I'd of thought if the Lads want to start putting some room between themselves & a hoop twitching season.

Re: Afc Wimbledon Match Thread.

Are fans allowed to criticise the manager now he has left or will cashman and chubbyman shout them down as usual?

No more percentage football direct balls now james beattie has gone, lets try some tactics.

MK Dons are a good team, Matt Tubbs is banging the goals in.

If they persevere with Akinfenwa, he will bully our 2 centre halfs all day long.

They are as much MK Dons as we are Accrington FC. Different Clubs completely and that's not even taking account of the previous Accrington Stanley.

Well "Technically"............. I supported Accrington Stanley from the age of 5 in 1957 to 1962 in The Football League and beyond that for another 2 or 3 years into the relative wilderness of non League football when the Peel Park ground was crumbling all around the hardy few of us who stuck it out to the bitter end........
When the club was resurrected I even played a few games myself in 1971/2 ...ish for the reserves.
Well ..............Accrington Stanley is in my blood and "technicalities" don't come into the equation...........
What is fact is the 'Here and Now'..........
ACRINGTON STANLEY ARE IN THE FOOTBALL LEAGUE WHERE WE BELONG............
LET'S ALL WORK TOGETHER WITH ONE COMMON AIM............
TO KEEP ACCRINGTON STANLEY IN THE FOOTBALL LEAGUE WHERE WE TRULY BELONG.........
To quote a cute little creature on the telly ......"SIMPLES"

That's why I said Accrington FC or the 'owd Reds not the previous Accrington Stanley who I'd class as pretty much the same club as now.

Only another 8 hours before I have to get up to head down to the game tomorrow!!

Come and stand with me owd lad behind the goal on The Clayton End. I am the old geezer age 62, (but i'm 19 really'), who blows the plastic horn that I bought in 1992!

I'm usually on the clayton end towards the main stand with the same lot as usual. Used to be down nearer the goals but they put those seats in.

And I'll be sitting almost directly below him with both hearing aids turned off. Used to curse the seats but glad of them now.

Carver MUST start. Such a handful in the Carlisle and Tranmere games.

Let's hope Stephenson puts an end to the failed Hunt in midfield experiment.

Let's have a DON-o-lition job today.
