like what he says about longer contracts. we,ve suffered over the years with having to be in a new side every season which takes time to bed in. slow start to some seasons has made us play catch up from October plus if we find a gem we have less chance of being ripped off if someone wants him. don,t think andy holt will forget the windass/crooks fiasco in a hurry.
