away shirt rule
Being down south I only managed to get to see 6 or 7 away games last term and if memory serves correct all the oppo teams had red somewhere on their shirt - forcing us to an alternative colour. Can the die-hard go-anywhere fans tell me if we ever got to wear red on the road when we played a non-red team - or is it mandatory that we wear the away strip unless it clashes ? Please reply in good time for Christmas, as I only have a 'Hollands Pies' club centenary shirt to my name !
