Barrow Blow It!
Barrow, love them or hate them, lost at home tonight to Alfreton 1-2. This means that they can not catch Droylsden and they can't finish 2nd, so they can't be promoted to the Conference by default.
Shame eh?

You're all disappointed really aren't you?
That we wont meet next season and reaffirm our rivalry! Ah well, always next year although we said that last year when you won it. Hume was bound to score (and get booked) but their winner was with about 20 seconds left, a draw going into todays game would have kept the hopes alive just but it wasn't to be. We haven't done too badly though considering the money other teams can throw around on players. Good luck to you for next season-I hear Mullin and James might be going though? Any chance of them coming to................................................ ....... |
