The wires don't stretch all the way down to Selsey, AccyMad so perhaps you could leave a synopsis on here please of his future intensions - not that he is likely to be doing other than keeping up fitness levels with our lads imho.

Sorry for the delay in answering, not deliberately trying to build up the tension - just didn't see your question till this morning
 . It was a good interview, Brett said how grateful he is to Stanley for letting him train with them, that primarily he wants to get himself fit & play for another year & he hopes he can do enough to earn himself a contract.He thinks he could still do a good job in football even though he's the 'wrong side of 37' (his words not mine). While he didn't specifically say he wants to come back to Stanley i got the feeling that it just might happen & after listening to him I'd be chuffed to bits if it did. |
