Cambridge Utd survey for those that went on Saturday.

Hi Robert

I am the SLO at Cambridge United. Please can you help me?

We are looking at improving the match day experience for visiting supporters to Cambridge United.

Please can you ask supporters who came this week to complete the survey via the link below if they would like to provide feedback concerning the match day experience

This is one of first survey we have done and if you find any questions could be changed or are not easy to understand please let me know

Thank you

Dave

I couldn't go this year but have been a few times in previous seasons and always found Cambridge staff and fans welcoming. Just one point on the survey though; it assumes that people had a 'food experience', ignoring those who didn't buy food at all.

Like Mike A, Mrs.Exile and I couldn't make Cambridge this year but the only complaint I have with visiting their ground is not aimed at the club but at the City Council.
There's a park and ride site beyond the airport and buses run right past the ground. But when we tried to use it, the driver told us they have been forbidden to stop near the ground!

All credit to the club. They've now arranged a dedicated Park and Ride scheme on match-days: https://www.cambridge-united.co.uk/n...and-ride-accy/

Well done, Cambridge Utd; a rare outbreak of common sense.

Food was bang on - and precious little queuing.
