Re: Chris Brass sacked

Can't really say any manager deserves the sack its the players fault at the end of the day and York havent been producing th goods.

I would say good luck to any another manager but Brassy is an ex-Burnleyite and I'm not too keen on him. Steve Davis next manager of York I reckon.

Re: Chris Brass sacked

Well they are professional footballers and they get paid to play football and they play the games and at the end of the day they win or lose matches. I know its the manager who picks the side and tactics but overall you have got to say its the players fault.

If you look at the bbc website, there is a picture of Chris Brass and he's a dead ringer for Robert Carlyle of Hamish Macbeth, Trainspotting, James Bond etc! Just thought I'd mention it, as his name was in a thread!

i was talking to shaun tuck after the game against leigh and he said that coley feels
that its his fault when we lose but its not really coleys he sets the tactics, squad etc
and if the players dont preform its there fault
