I doubt its the gas! I would guess that Eric/Rob put the food vans rent up quite a bit from last season, so they really had no choise but to put their food/drink prices up to cover the increase - sad - but thats life in the fast lane

Even if the rent has been increased, these guys don't just run the vans at stanley, they have several vans in and around the Blackpool area and are basically charging seaside tourist prices at a football game. I very much doubt they struggled to line their pockets before coming to stanley, they're just using us to make sure the lining is made of high quality fine silk.

If they didn't think they were earning enough on the last 2 years then they shouldn't sign a new contract. As far as I'm aware the price of a catering tin of nescafe coffee has not gone up 50p a cup, okay I know there are other factors to build in costs wise but come on!!!! I think they may find that the prce won't cover the business they'll lose over the coming games.

Bottom line, captive audience plus kids has always equalled pound signs.
