Apologies Dave .... but he didn't really give me a chance, after all the time he gave other fans I only got a minute or so, don't think he was really interested in Stanley to tell you the truth, still at least I got on, when they rang me back the girl I spoke to said 'Oh we haven't had a Stanley fan on for ages - I thought 'no wonder if you keep us waiting till right at the end like this'

Hee hee, that was a fun drive home - thats after we'd got told off by the Welsh police outside the ground on the walk back to the car, we were told to keep the noise down cos the '152 crew' - whoever they may be - might be around and wouldn't take kindly to us expressing our joy at our win

as for Radio Lancs, we'll always be last on cos WE aren't interested in the programme. If we start ringing and texting more with our views then we'll get more airtime. Next season new years resolution?

He probably realised you were beyond the normal intelligence for his program and he couldn't make you look stupid like he does with most of them

ive textedin talk sport after every game ive been to (90%) - had 4 text read out.

i also phone in bbc radio merseyside sometimes - which increases our exposure.

i also randomly text into the century.fm legends phone in.

Oh that was so funny, had danced back to the car that I'd parked further up the industrial estate to avoid the congestion coming out of car park...sat in car and was too wired up to set off, so Diane, Stephen and Me were in the car singing the we went to wales and won 3-2 chant when there was a knock on the window and a copper told us to calm it down, due to some splinter 152 group as Diane mentioned may redecorate my car!!!!!!!!

Irony is there was only one young lad waiting for a lift home and an old bloke...

Entertaining drive back though
