As the draw for the FA Cup is made this Saturday at 17.10!

Yeah i`d like Leeds at home, as i`m sure it would be a sell out, but saying that the way they are going at the moment i think we may struggle against them, but then again it is the F.A cup, where upsets are always on the cards.
If not Leeds, then maybe Halifax or York City.

Any of the winners of the following games, at home, for old time's sake.
Kendal Town v Altrincham Histon v Bamber Bridge Southport v Northwich Victoria Farsley Celtic v Barrow Bradford (Park Avenue) v Gainsborough Trinity I just want us to get to 3rd round, then Everton or Liverpool away, with the scousers winning; that's us, obviously.

definitely leeds for me. although i wouldnt mind going out so we can concentrate on getting ourselves in the play offs. it worked in the conference season

Still ain't foregotten the away replay against Harrogate Town in the 4th Qual some (6) years ago
Revenge there would be good... Barrow away is the least attractive place ever to go out the cup at so as long as it ain't there (or Mansfield) then I'll be happy

So Season 2007-2008 was a poor one ? Well.... We got a new roof, & a bar on the Clayton End & a new school in Nepal. Beat an Ex-Premiership side away, had some more tarmac laid over the puddles & saw a 3 inch high header. ASFC Youth system saw youth inthe first team & more importantly we signed a "pub"! Remember 6 points off Morecambe & paid our highest fee ever for a player. All this & still "light" years ahead of Barrow & Worksop!!!!! The Voice of the Terrace WWW.STANLEYULTRAS.CO.UK |
