Efl trophy

Vote has taken place as to whether clubs want the current format to stay, currently the only news released is that Notts county have voted for it against the wishes of the fans

For heaven's sake, don't tell Brenda about this. She top herself if she thinks there's yet another vote going on.

Re: Efl trophy

EFL Trophy in the present format devalues the competition as far as I'm concern, I think fans will vote with their feet no matter what the clubs decide

Re: Efl trophy

It's an awful competition, as bad as the local county FA trophy.

Get rid of it, total waste of time

Re: Efl trophy

AH piece in Times today implied EFL clubs were 'warned' last season that PL would withdraw its payments if they didn't vote to accept the new format for the Chuckatrade Trophy.
Then all but Chelsea, if I recall right, of the big boys declined to take part.

Re: Efl trophy

So the clubs sold out its beliefs for afew extra quid, hope the rewards for winning games is bigger than the losses made by low crowds
