Grays v Canvey Commentary

If you've nothing better to do, you can listen to live commentary on today's game by following the link on http://www.bbc.co.uk/essex/sport/localradio/index.shtml. Kick off was at 1.10, delayed 10 minutes because of crowd congestion!

Re: Grays v Canvey Commentary

Canvey winning 1-0 at half time with a Hallett goal on 40 mins. Little to choose between the sides with Canvey maybe starting to have the edge.

The crowd of 2910, almost a full house for Grays, justifies switching the game from yesterday.

PS Don't worry if you try and log on to the commentary at half-time and can't hear anything - it's just that they've gone offline until the second half starts. Must be having a cuppa!

Re: Grays v Canvey Commentary

2-1 to Canvey!

Martin equalised for Grays on 64 mins and they began to take the upper hand until Canvey scored through Minton on 80 mins, somewhat against the run of play. Grays then seemed to fall apart and Canvey once more took control.

We beat Canvey earlier in the season but in recent matches they've had away wins at both Exeter and Grays so we certainly can't take them for granted when we play there in a couple of weeks' time.

Re: Grays v Canvey Commentary

we should beat tamworth away and extend our advantage but exeter away could be a big say on where we are at the end of the season. A draw would be great a win would be unbelievable..
