Re: Ian Rush

Sorry I didn't reply earlier, Yes I did attend the event.

However Ian Rush didn't, someone booked him for Wednesday night not Tuesday.

The replacement was John Aldridge, anyone remember him?

The event was followed on Wednesday by the Dairy Industry Show and Conference, I was one of the speakers at the conference where I was talking about all the sponsorship I do with Accrington Stanley, involvement as an agent for the weekly draw and shirt sponsorship I do for Accrington Ladies'91 FC. All of which was well received apart from a milkman from Carlisle who is a Carlisle fan, who insisted that they would take 6 points from us Of course I said "You have more chance of catching fish in the Sahara MATE!!!"
