I see this as a great signing. McEvilly was a revelation when he was with us before, evn though he never looked 100% fit. With some proper pre-season training he'll prove to be the player we all know he is!
Let's just hope he plays in his best position this time.

Call me stupid but i take it as it is offical then??? just that i can't get on certain web sites during work hours and our web site is one of them.... If so then it is a great signing for the club and player. Alot of people thought this move wouldn't happen but as predicted by a certian someone it has happened thank god!! lets hope me quality follows.

A potential line up of Mullin and McEvilly, with Craney bursting thru from midfield will trouble any defence next season!
Ps are sheff utd REALLY gonna offload steve jagielka? They only signed him in november |

So Season 2007-2008 was a poor one ? Well.... We got a new roof, & a bar on the Clayton End & a new school in Nepal. Beat an Ex-Premiership side away, had some more tarmac laid over the puddles & saw a 3 inch high header. ASFC Youth system saw youth inthe first team & more importantly we signed a "pub"! Remember 6 points off Morecambe & paid our highest fee ever for a player. All this & still "light" years ahead of Barrow & Worksop!!!!! The Voice of the Terrace WWW.STANLEYULTRAS.CO.UK |
