Message from Jaymo

I have put a small story on the front page of the accy website.. however Jamie originally asked me to post this to the MB so am doing as well. The following from Jamie Speare

First of all I would like to say a massive thank you for all that turned up on Saturday. You all made the day very special. its gonna be weird if I have to come back there, but if I do please be gentle with me from behind the goal. To Loweiy and the lads who went to Newcastle: HOW DARE YOU! no just kidding. Thanks for the gifts they were warmly appreciated. Thanks to all at the club for looking after my family. Mum said she felt like the queen mother.

To Eric, John, Jimmy, and all the playing staff and the directors. you know how much I have enjoyed playing for you all. I wish you nothing but good luck for this year and here's to div 3.

Thanks for 6 fantastic seasons and all the best .

Jaymo.

I'm not ashamed to say I shed a few tears on Saturday - and I don't think I was on my own either. Good luck Jamie & if you ever do come back to the Crown Ground don't worry about what sort of welcome you'll get.
