Mullin and Willams - milestones ahead

If the official site's stats are correct then Paul Mullin is eight games away from breaking the clubs all time appearance record currently held by Chris Grimshaw.

...and Robbie Williams is four off making his 200th club appearance.

Terrific achievements in modern day football at any level.

Can anyone confirm this is correct???

Bonus points for anyone who can come up with the last team who were relegated only a year after being promoted from non-league and when?

Can't confirm it but well done to both players if it's true.
Both great players & could've been playing at a higher level were it not for their commitment to Accy.

Yes I'll second that shakermaker. Those two lads are a credit to themselves and the club. I just hope they are rewarded by us staying up this season as their loyalty deserves another go at the league next year.

Anybody know if the club or the Supporters club have any sort of presentation in mind to mark the occasion, especially for Mullers??

Re: Mullin and Willams - milestones ahead

Excellent achievement by both, but on the second part - I was under the impression that no league team had been relegated back to non-league the season after their promotion

It hasn't been mentioned yet.............. but I'm sure it may be now.

I noticed this a couple of months ago but had forgot about it.
