Joe lumley has signed from qpr months loan
not available today played for 1st team in pre season friendly previously at spurs good pedigree hoping for another marcus of course good luck to lad |

Getting Betts on loan last season was a bit of a lifesaver and if Joe does as well that will be great. But the loan system isn't half hard on No 2 keepers - months of benchwarming and splinter-gathering waiting for something to happen to the No 1, then it happens, get half a game, maybe a game and a half, and whoosh in comes a loanee ........

well,
i thought Lumley did ok, just lacked game experience and was error prone which might have been due to his lack of game time. I hope he goes onto have a good career. |
