It could have been worse today and yet again the top team lets us down by not taking all three points. Nice to see Grimsby firmly entrenched in the battle now and with Torquay having shown signs of a revival its gonna be squeaky bum time. I hope Rochdale run out out of goals before we play em though because that is shaping up to be the mother of all games that could and should be Accy's biggest ever away following. Need to start hyping the crowds for this one!

Only Rochdale below us managed to gain maximum points and we only dropped two places. Plus we now have a game in hand on a couple of teams around us. A pretty good result for us I reckon.

It didn`t turn out too bad really, I had to shoot off to Ilkeston right after FT so didn`t have time to post. Chester Mansfield draw should give us all the incentive we need to take all 3 points on Saturday. Coming up are some games we should definitely be winning and some others we can hope to nick something. Agreed the Rochdale game could be key, lets hope they don`t have any more 5 goal romps before then.
On a lighter note it was fun today to watch Forest Chelski in a pub full of forest fans proudly wearing my Stanley scarf. I was really rooting for them to win then they could say "Accrington Stanley were stiffer cup opponents than Chelsea" pity they didn`t turn up for the first half. They clearly suffered from the lack of Alan Rodgers, a 2 footed tackle with some afters was just what the game needed.

Walsall scored again in 90th minute ha ha, finished 2 nil - wonder if Ince tried to trip any of their players up? And God Bless Stockport's Dickinson, (well until we play em) - scored in 90th minute to beat Wrexham!
