R I P Maureen Shaw ( Sherry )
This morning Maureen passed away. She was a regular poster on here until recently as "Sherry"
She volunteered with her husband Peter to look after the away directors in the board room for the last 8 or so years. A formidable lady with a heart of gold. You'll be truly missed. Sleep well Maureen x |

Oh no, that's so sad - RIP Maureen, as Rob said - a lady with a heart of gold & a wicked sense of humour, you will be sadly missed.

Our kindest thoughts are with Peter, his family, and all who will be mourning the loss of a real lady and a loyal and faithful worker for all things Stanley !. Maureen will be sadly missed by the Stanley family. |

I too echo all that has been said. I met Maureen several times and she was always fascinated by my Accrington connections. I send my sincere condolences to Peter along with all her family and friends.
