Sponsors Required to help Fund Free Travel

The Stanley Ultras are looking to once again run a free travel service to our last game of the season against Cheltenham Town on Saturday 8th May, but need your help to do this!

They are looking for businesses or individuals to chip in and help to fund the coaches which will cost £500 each, with a target of three to ensure a good away following for our final match of the season.

The amounts can be broken down with the option of sponsoring a full coach for £500 or a third of a coach for £175.00.

All sponsors will get two prime places on the coach together with a mention on the official Stanley website and in the programme at the preceeding week's home match.

This was done a few seasons ago to Hereford & three coaches were sponsored, lets hope for a similar response.

PS We already have a pledge for one third share of one coach from a benevolant supporter by the name of "Bubs". Top man!

A similar appeal saw three coach loads of supporters travel free of charge to Hereford United last season.

If anybody in interested in sponsoring a Coach for the last game of the season away at Cheltenham to help ensure a good away following, in what has been a momentous season in so many ways for Stanley:

The ASSF (Accrington Stanley Supporters Fund) are sponsoring the last Home game of the Season against Chesterfield on Saturday 01st May and as part of package to go alongside the Two prime places on the Coach, with mentions on the Stanley Website & in the Matchday Programme for the Chesterfield game already on offer.

The ASSF would also like to offer two free sponsorship places (up to a maximum of four places or two full sponsorsed coaches) to any individual or company that sponsors a coach in full for the last game away of the Season at Cheltenham.

Any individual or Company sponsoring a Coach in full will receive two free places to be guests of the ASSF in the Buy the House Lounge for the Chesterfield game on Saturday 1st May which will include a three course meal, free matchday programme and pre-match talk by Jimmy Bell and then guests can either choose to watch the game from the sponsors section or from inside the Buy the House Lounge.

Just a quick update on the coach sponsors.

At the minute we have found enough sponsors to put on two free coaches.

A huge thanks to all those who have been kind enough to do so.

Its great we have got to two but I really want to try and push for three coaches, last game of the season, taking as many accringtonians as possible to the delights of Cheltenham would be great.

On another note, to book your free travel please get in touch with me asap because places will fill fast especially if only two coaches are available.
