Sports Bar
Classic moment in the Sports Bar this afternoon at half time.
About 200 people crammed in to watch the Grand National. 3 TVs and no sound on any of them. It was like something off Phoenix Nights. |

Another classic today!
Watched the United semi final in the Crown, then went to the club shop to buy my 8 year old nephew a shirt. On the way out, I decided it might be a good idea to visit the loo. The Gents toilet is situated conveniently next to the Club Shop. As I was entering the toilet, some old jobsworth fossil in a club cap intercepted my progress and told me the toilets were for the use of directors only. I looked around for Jeremy Beadle, but alas there was nothing of him to be seen. I had to pay £10 to visit the loo. You can take Stanley out of the ****e...........but you can't take....(you know the rest!) |

jack is one of many who help out for no reward to ensure that things run smoothly on a matchday. he has been told to make sure that only directors and guests use the toilets as we only have limited space in the reception area and on a number of occasions this season we have had queues of people coming in to use the toilet. jack is a great fella, if you have any gripes please direct them to me as it was me who asked him to do it.
